Shipping policy

All shop items are dispatched within 3-5 working days (unless stated otherwise).

Bespoke items are dependent on design and a time frame will be agreed during consultation.

After 3 - 5 working day processing time, delivery aims are below:


UK 

  • FREE UK delivery for all orders over £40
  • Orders under £40 sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service for £2.95 (1-2 day delivery aim) 
  • Orders £40 - £95 sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service FREE  (1-2 day delivery aim)
  • Orders over £95 - sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service FREE (next day delivery aim)

EUROPE

** Please note - International delivery is temporarily unavailable - I am hoping to resolve this soon **

  • Orders £49 and under are sent Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service at a cost of £10.50 - 5-7 working days delivery aim 
  • Orders £50 and over are sent Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service at a cost of £13 - 5-7 working days delivery aim

REST OF WORLD

  • Orders £49 and under sent Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service at a cost of £13 - 5-7 working days delivery aim
  • Orders £50 and over sent Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service £16 - 5-7 working days delivery aim

Signed for delivery options will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved. I will send you an email to confirm your order and another to notify you once it has been sent out. On the rare occasion that there is a delay to dispatching your order, I will notify you by email and you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. 

 

** International delivery -  any customs duties, taxes or additional charges encountered on arrival into your destination country will be the customer's responsibility. I operate on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Alice Rhiannon Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs checks. **

 

Late or Lost Deliveries


If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery times please contact me. 

I am not able to refund or replace items that have been lost by Royal Mail until 20 days have passed since the date of dispatch or 30 days in the case of international delivery - this is when Royal Mail class items as being lost. Alice Rhiannon Jewellery is not liable and cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur once orders have been posted.
